How to: Copy a color scheme.
Solution:
In 'Slide Sorter' view, use the 'Pick Up Color Style' and 'Apply Color Style' commands under the 'Format' menu.
1) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Slide Sorter'.
2) Select a slide that has the desired color scheme.
3) Select the 'Format' menu and select 'Pick Up Color Scheme'.
NOTE: The 'Pick Up Color Style' and 'Apply Color Style' commands change to the 'Pick Up Color Scheme' and 'Apply Color Scheme' command when in 'Slide Sorter View'.
4) Do one of the following to select the desired slide or slides apply the copied color scheme to:
a) To copy a color scheme to all slides in a presentation, select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Select All'.
b) To copy a color scheme to one slide, select the slide.
5) Select the 'Format' menu and select 'Apply Color Scheme'.
